WHAT IS THE SECRECT SHOPPER PROGRAM WITH CINDERELLA'S CLEANING MAID SERVICES?
The Secret Shopper Program is one of our initiatives aimed at giving back to the community while also enhancing our services. It allows us to understand how we can better serve our community and deliver the best cleaning experience possible. Participants in this program receive heavily discounted rates to enjoy our professional cleaning services. In return, we request feedback to assist in our ongoing improvement efforts. The program duration is up to 12 months, with no contracts or obligations. If you find it's not the best fit for you, you can opt out at any time.
HERE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING OUR SECRET SHOPPER
We need you to be very flexible! If you don't mind what day and time we schedule your cleaning service, we will always try our best to keep you scheduled for the same day and time. However, please understand that you must be FLEXIBLE if we need to reschedule your service to another day or week.
Please understand that you may have different cleaning technicians from time to time. We value your feedback on our team's performance, regardless of who performs the cleaning. Our goal is to ensure consistent results, whether it's Hannah or Emily cleaning your home.

To become our secret shopper your home size should be 2000 sq ft or less.
